Skill Assessment in Australia

Skill Assessments are required to support claim of skills in various visa Subclasses in Australia. For some visas it is mandatory to provide a positive skill assessment for the occupation you selected for your visa. Most occupations have their own skills assessment authority. The Department only accepts a skills assessment issued by the relevant assessing authority therefore you must encourage to arrange for their skills assessment well before they intend to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) in Skill Select or Visa application.
