The Subclass 132 Business Talent Visa was designed for successful entrepreneurs and businesspeople who wish to establish or carry on a high-value business in Australia and offering direct permanent residence as an incentive.
While Subclass 132 has been closed to new applications from July 1, 2021, existing applicants or those with pending applications or who already have visas can still benefit from its favorable route.
We continue to assist clients who are facing requirements concerning the 132 visa or who need guidance with relocation to the Subclass 888 or to citizenship pathways.
