What is a NOICC?

Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation (NOICC) is a letter from the Department of Home Affairs that formally notifies you that they are considering cancelling your visa — but not immediately.

If you have received a NOICC, you'll need to act quickly — you may have only 7 days to do so.
