The Global Talent Employer Sponsored (GTES) Scheme allows Australian companies to sponsor international talent for highly-skilled roles that cannot be filled by the domestic talent. The scheme is particularly appropriate for companies in new and emerging industries and offers a fast-track solution for attracting top-tier professionals to Australia.
